We’ve all heard the terms “nurture your clients” and the buzz words “welcome series” or “nurture sequence” but what does it actually mean?
Nurture means to care for and protect or the action or process of nurturing someone or something.
Does that really apply to our business? How does that relate to our clients?
It means everything to our business and our clients! Call it another word for customer service. Looking after our clients is the most important thing we can do in our business! Maintaining an active relationship with your customers is crucial to your business’s success and growth.
To be honest, I think us VAs actually are born with this trait and most often we are the person that our family would come to for help, or for that ear to listen to, because this quality is just built within us!
